Proper nutrition is key to any athletic training or competitive event. It provides the fuel necessary to maximize your performance and achieve your “PR”. You need to be able to train hard, but you also eat smart in order to maintain peak performance, promote speedy recovery and prevent injury. We can create an individualized meal plan to address your diet composition, the timing of meals, pre and post workout snacks and hydration needs specific to your training program. We will also evaluate the need for any supplements that may enhance performance and/or recovery.
