FROM THE NORTH:
Take Route 93 South to 293 North/101 West. Bear left onto Route 101 West. Take the exit for Rte 3/South River Road.  At the second traffic light, take a left onto South River Road. Go through 2 lights and turn right into the Bedford Commons entrance; go to the end and bear right, NUTRITION 4 U will be on the right in Bldg. #6.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take Route 93 North to Route 293 North. Follow 293 North to Route 101 West, take the exit for Rte 3 /South River Road. At the second traffic light take a left at the end of the exit onto South River Road. Go through 1light and turn right into the Bedford Commons entrance; go to the end and bear right, NUTRITION 4 U will be on the right in Bldg. #6.

FROM THE NORTH:
Take 89 South to Exit 6, turn left off the exit ramp.  Go approximately, ½ mile and turn right into WellSpaceNH; follow the parking lot around to the right.

FROM THE SOUTH:
Take 89 North to Exit 6, turn right off the exit ramp.  Go less than ¼ mile and turn right into WellSpaceNH; follow the parking lot to the right.
